Duncan has over 25 years

manufacturing with a
particular emphasis in the
packaging sector. He has extensive experience managing worldwide supply chains.
Duncan specalises in the specific supply of both tooling and machinery to the customer's specification for the following platforms:

Sarita Dyer
Office Manager
Sarita brings a wealth of experience
into the office hub, taking care of the accounts, IT and customer
relationship management, as well as other general administrative functions.
Sarita keeps the company running smoothly and helps develop our strategy to keep innovation at the forefront of what we do.
Gary Rackham
Gary has been in the industry for 37 years, working at M&H Plastic, RPC, Berry Global and Amcor. He started in Injection Moulding Development, then into Production Management, from there in Lean Manufacturing, Design, Technical Management, Operation Management and finally MD for UK & NL within Berry Global since 2022.
Gary has “hands-on” experience in all polymer processing, IM, EBM, IBM, SBM, Flexible Tubes and all forms of Decoration.
With an MBA and a MSc in Design and Manufacture for Polymer Products from London Metropolitan University.
